Venue Manager

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on Venue Manager to support the daily operations of our café and event space.
Ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys keeping things in order, and loves working as part of a team. You'll help us deliver a warm and efficient experience for every guest — both during regular service and private functions.
Key Responsibilities
Open and close the venue using daily checklists
Ensure venue cleanliness, setup, and ambiance are guest-ready
Support FOH operations during café service and events
Assist in the setup and pack-down of private bookings
Monitor stock levels (napkins, condiments, trays, etc.) and report supply needs
Greet and assist customers with basic queries
Coordinate with kitchen and events team for bookings
Flag maintenance or safety concerns to management
Relay customer feedback or team issues to senior leadership
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
1–2 years of hospitality or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and good time management
Confident communicator and approachable manner
Ability to follow routines, procedures, and checklists
Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude
Physically capable of light lifting and active floor movement
- Experience supporting events or private functions
- Familiarity with Filipino food or hospitality culture
