We're seeking an organised and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support an Executive Leadership Team manager. This is initially a two month assignement and you will need to be able to start straight away.

This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, and deliver high-quality support in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide high-level executive support to a Group General Manager
  • Manage a complex calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Proactively monitor and prioritise email inboxes and incoming correspondence
  • Prepare and coordinate official documents, reports, and presentations
  • Act as a liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Support budget tracking and reporting processes
  • Anticipate needs and provide timely, solutions-focused support
  • Maintain strong communication flow across teams and business units
  • Mentor other support staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment


We're looking for a confident, experienced Senior EA who can operate effectively from day one, solve problems quickly, and anticipate the needs of a busy executive.
