Functional D365 Senior Consultant

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven D365 Senior Functional Consultant to join our client’s growing practice. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering smart, customer-focused Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions that help businesses work smarter and scale effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver Solutions with Confidence: Lead the configuration and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE, including custom workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps, and integrations.
• Understand and Translate Needs: Run workshops, gather functional requirements, and translate them into effective user stories and solution designs.
• Enable Success: Provide clear, engaging training to clients and internal teams, ensuring confident adoption and long-term value.
• Solve Real Problems: Tackle issues head-on with strong technical insight and a keen understanding of connected technologies.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Consultant: 8+ years working with Dynamics 365 CE in a client-facing capacity, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Power Platform Expert: Comfortable working across Power Apps and Power Automate to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Agile and Adaptable: Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
