- Oversee the network to detect and respond to network disruptions in real-time.
- Coordinate daily crewing to ensure the right crew are assigned to the right trains
- Authorise train departures at stations to ensure safe and timely journeys.
- Assisting with the management of buses at Wellington station.

- Demonstrated capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Skilled at making swift decisions under high pressure. This role will require you to be really level headed.

- Ability to have command and control in incidents and times of emergency
- Strong ability to influence others
- Willingness to work shift hours on a 24/7 rostered schedule.
- Proficient in evaluating current practices and implementing necessary changes or corrective actions.
