Business & Systems Analyst
UCC Coffee Australia & New Zealand
Date: 2 weeks ago
City: Auckland, Auckland
Contract type: Full time

Business & Systems Analyst - Own the system that powers great coffee.
At UCC Coffee, we fuel Australia and New Zealand’s most loved cafés and coffee destinations. Behind every perfectly poured espresso is a seamless system - and we’re looking for a Business & Systems Analyst who can help keep it that way.
In this highly visible, hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to subject matter expert for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) across our ANZ operations. You’ll support and maintain both E1 and MYOB Exonet platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams across sales, supply chain, finance, and operations. From diagnosing back-end performance issues to enabling future-fit functionality, your work will directly impact how we operate every day.
Whether it’s resolving a technical fault on the production floor or helping a stakeholder understand a new data flow, your ability to blend technical know-how with a people-first mindset is what will set you apart.

- Supporting MYOB Exonet for specific business units.
- Managing associated tools like QuickTrans, Bartender, Hubble, and Power BI Gateways.
- Partnering with vendors and IT stakeholders to ensure system reliability and issue resolution.
- Helping users with training, access, and ongoing enablement - lifting capability and reducing support reliance.

- This isn’t a back-office IT role, it’s embedded, respected, and vital.
- Opportunities to grow into broader IT or commercial roles over time.
