UCC Coffee Australia & New Zealand

Date: 2 weeks ago
City: Auckland, Auckland
Contract type: Full time
Business & Systems Analyst - Own the system that powers great coffee.

At UCC Coffee, we fuel Australia and New Zealand’s most loved cafés and coffee destinations. Behind every perfectly poured espresso is a seamless system - and we’re looking for a Business & Systems Analyst who can help keep it that way.

In this highly visible, hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to subject matter expert for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) across our ANZ operations. You’ll support and maintain both E1 and MYOB Exonet platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams across sales, supply chain, finance, and operations. From diagnosing back-end performance issues to enabling future-fit functionality, your work will directly impact how we operate every day.

Whether it’s resolving a technical fault on the production floor or helping a stakeholder understand a new data flow, your ability to blend technical know-how with a people-first mindset is what will set you apart.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Administering, maintaining, and supporting JD Edwards E1 ERP environments (user management, troubleshooting, integrations).
  • Supporting MYOB Exonet for specific business units.
  • Managing associated tools like QuickTrans, Bartender, Hubble, and Power BI Gateways.
  • Partnering with vendors and IT stakeholders to ensure system reliability and issue resolution.
  • Helping users with training, access, and ongoing enablement - lifting capability and reducing support reliance.
  • Providing on-site IT support to local teams (hi-vis might be required - you’ll be where the action happens).
  • Participating in broader IT projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and ERP-related upgrades.

What you’ll bring?

  • Hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) experience - including administration, systems support, and interfacing tools.
  • A curious mindset - someone who digs into issues and solves root causes, not symptoms.
  • Strong communication skills - you can explain complex system issues in plain English.
  • Collaborative approach - able to engage across teams and functions with ease.
  • Comfortable being on the floor or behind the scenes - you get where the real work happens.

Why join UCC?

  • We’re a close-knit team backed by a global brand - agile enough to move quickly, big enough to back you.
  • You’ll have visibility across the ANZ business and be part of projects that directly impact how we scale.
  • This isn’t a back-office IT role, it’s embedded, respected, and vital.
  • Opportunities to grow into broader IT or commercial roles over time.

This role will be based at our state-of-the-art Roastery in East Tamaki.
