Proven experience in a project admin or team support role (property sector experience is a bonus).

Your Role Will See You
- Provide administrative support to the Development Director, arranging travel, managing schedules and compiling project information
- Provide key information and feedback to external consultants and development partners
- Assist in obtaining further information for variations to projects
- Prepare and organise contract documentation, reports and records
- Support with client onboarding and off-boarding, ensuring clear and proactive communication
- Assist with scheduling meetings and site visits
- Attend meetings and take minutes where required, following up any outstanding project matters and support with resolving any issues
- Provide general administration to the Senior Development Managers
- Assist with marketing, communications and customer relationships
