Remuneration: NZD $32.00–$35.00 per hour

An exciting opportunity for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson to work in a professional environment in Auckland. This full-time, permanent role offers competitive base wage and flexible working hours. Applicants must hold current NZ REA Salesperson Licence and a Level 4 Real Estate Salesperson qualification, or an equivalent qualification approved by the REA.

Associate Real Estate Salesperson

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting, listing, and marketing Real Estate properties.
• Conducting market appraisals and providing advice to vendors and purchasers.
• Managing open homes, private viewings, and follow-ups.
• Preparing and reviewing contracts and sale agreements.
• Negotiating property sales and closing transactions.
• Staying up to date with market trends and compliance requirements.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with buyers and sellers.

Key Requirements:

• A current New Zealand Real Estate Salesperson Licence issued by the New Zealand Real Estate Authority (REA) – mandatory.

• Completion of the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Sales Person) [Level 4] or an equivalent qualification approved by REA.

• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
