Civil Engineering Technician

KC Future Consulting Limited is an Auckland Central-based firm specializing in engineering consulting services. We provide tailored technical solutions and expert advice to support a wide range of engineering projects. We are seeking two Civil Engineering Technicians to join our growing and dynamic team. This is a full-time position with a workload of more than 30 hours per week.

The daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess project requirements.

• Carry out site inspection, Monitoring, Surveillance, and Quality Assurance (MSQA) work for all construction-related activities.

• Prepare sketches, charts, tabulation, and design for projects

• Coordinate project management time-frames and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met.

• Estimate and control project cost

• Assist senior engineers in collaborating with the multi-disciplinary project team to deliver integrated project solutions.

• Assist senior engineers in engaging with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to understand requirements and secure approvals.

• Other reasonable tasks required by management.

• At least three years of relevant work experience, or a qualification in engineering at a Bachelor’s degree level or higher.
• Relevant technical knowledge and a strong understanding of civil engineering principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage tasks efficiently
