We currently have a vacancy for a Product Manager, Core Power Tools to join the Milwaukee NZ Product Team. In this role you will collaborate, influence and execute strategic initiatives and targets to ultimately grow market share of the Power Tools portfolio.

This opportunity would suit a professional individual who is seeking a new challenge, who can identify and understand customer needs, whilst ensuring new products are delivered to the market smoothly through development and execution of a go-to-market strategy for key lines.

What your day-today look like:

  • Achieve sales targets and grow both market share and profitability through strategic product life cycle management, understanding market factors, and buying behaviour.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the product category in-line with the ANZ Milwaukee brand and product marketing objectives.
  • Be a product champion within the product management team- maintain detailed understanding of your products, market factors, competitors, customers, and other growth opportunities.
  • Work cross functionally to develop and execute go-to-market plans for key product categories.
  • Support and collaborate with the wider business with budget and business planning processes, product presentations, pitches, range reviews, trade shows, and other activities to secure retail partner commitments.
  • Negotiate and influence key stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve a common goal and optimal results.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 3+ years' experience in product management or similar support roles, ideally with knowledge of the tool or hardware industry advantageous but not a requirement.
  • High level of attention to details and strong time management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management ability, dealing with various parties and departments, both internal and external.
  • Culturally aware and able to work with diverse cultural groups.
  • Excellent communication skills.
