What is the opportunity? | He aha te kōwhiringa

This role is an initial 6 month fixed term contract to help support our team as we bring to life Suntory Oceania.

  • Customer Master Data – Process account applications and change requests
  • Data Integrity – Maintain customer hierarchy in all systems and submit requests to create or maintain attributes
  • Contracts – Maintain contract database and work with key stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Rebates – Set up rebate agreements and settle agreements as required
  • Reporting – Create and maintain report reporting and ensure data accuracy

  • Previous experience in a similar role managing master data or strong administration experience
  • Experience with SAP is highly desired
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise your work
  • Solutions focused mindset you will try to solve any problems you face
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
