Our eCommerce team work with stores to manage all aspects of online shopping, from the website to order fulfilment, including both pickup and delivery services. The team collaborate with stores to grow their eCommerce business and increase market share, plus, provide an exceptional customer experience through team training and support.

As a key member of the eCommerce team, you’ll partner with key stakeholders across the business to deliver world class shopping experiences for our customers by creating authentic and compelling experiences whenever and wherever they are shopping online at our stores, whilst also driving innovation and execution of our customer programs.

To nail this role, you’ll have experience working as a Project Coordinator or similar and be an awesome communicator with a proactive attitude who is confident to actively seek opportunities to learn and take ownership. As a key member of the eCommerce team, you’ll partner with key stakeholders across the business to deliver world class shopping experiences for our customers by creating authentic and compelling experiences whenever and wherever they are shopping online at our stores, whilst also driving innovation and execution of our customer programs.
To Do This, You’ll
- Manage operational support and co-ordination of activities and administrative services to the retail eCommerce Operations Development team.
- Support the team to help deliver projects, finding creative solutions to operational issues.
- Maintain and update key team tools and reports ensuring clarity across current state of play on eCommerce projects and BAU.
- Provide support to the wider team on store openings and refurbishment processes.
- Assist in the development and facilitation of all planning processes, activities and events for the team.
- Take part in delivering projects and new initiatives, as well as documenting ongoing project measures, completing papers and updates as required

You’ll Also Have
- Strong technical capability with awesome skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong ability to research and gather information and formulate it into meaningful content
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with routine tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across the business.
- Ability to work accurately within tight timeframes, delivering quality business outputs.
