• Design robust data models and enhance security while leveraging Experience Cloud.
• Plan and execute seamless Salesforce deployments.
• Implement automation to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
• Develop innovative solutions tailored to the public sector's unique challenges.

• Experience in configuring and developing customised Salesforce solutions to address diverse business needs.
• A proven track record in designing robust data models that enhance security and effectively leverage Experience Cloud.
• Demonstrable expertise in planning and executing seamless Salesforce deployments.
• A strong background in implementing process automation, utilising Salesforce flows and approval processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
