Planner

HEB Construction is on the lookout for an experienced Planner to join our National Projects team. As part of the global VINCI Construction group, we deliver some of New Zealand's most complex and high-impact civil infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop detailed construction programmes from first principles
• Support tenders and project delivery across major infrastructure works
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive programme optimisation
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders
• Use tools like CCS and other planning software to support delivery

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years' experience in civil construction planning
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodologies
• Proficiency in planning software (e.g., CCS or similar)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
