The Opportunity: We are seeking a Service Supervisor based in our Invercargill branch to manage the service team, responsible for service operational duties, with a focus on safety, WIP write off, quote variance, productivity and vehicle recovery.
This role is also responsible for maintaining a high level of service to meet the expectations of our customers. Safety is a major focus at Komatsu and this position will therefore work with HSE team to monitor compliance and safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication - Continuous improvement.
- Reduction in re-do’s.
- WIP Management - Ensure WIP is invoiced in a timely manner.
- Training and development.
- Condition Reports (Growth) - To ensure that estimations/quotes are completed in a timely manner as per customer charter to give Komatsu every chance to win the work.
- Clean room utilisation.
- Track press utilisation.
- Ensuring safe work practices – Zero harm.
- Service KPI’s
