What will you do?
We are seeking a motivated L&D Advisor to join our L&D Team in a 8 month fixed-term role to play a key part in a project team focused on reviewing and updating learning content across our business.
You will be supported by a team of L&D Leads, Advisors, Designers and Coordinators, collaborating closely to achieve our goals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing existing content for relevance, accuracy, and learner impact.
- Updating learning materials using tools like Articulate 360, Canvas and Vyond.
- Working closely with subject matter experts to validate information and ensure updates reflect current practice.
- Redesigning or streamlining content to improve clarity, accessibility, and learner engagement.
- Use effective project management principles to ensure timely and impactful delivery.

- An experienced learning designer or L&D professional, highly organised, methodical, with a strong eye for detail
- You design learning that's clear, engaging, and accessible - grounded in adult learning principles and user-centred design.
- Comfortable reviewing and editing existing materials to align with learning best practice.
- Confident using tools like Articulate 360 and Vyond to create polished, professional digital learning content.
- Proficient in LMS 365 or other similar Learning Management Systems.
- Familiar with using the Microsoft 365 suite, including integration tools such as SharePoint and Power BI, or show an interest in learning new platforms.
- Excited about contributing to a meaningful, organisation-wide improvement project.
