What will you do?
As an L&D Advisor, you'll design and deliver engaging, accessible learning experiences that enable our people to build the skills they need to thrive. You will be supported by a team of L&D Leads, Advisors, Designers and Coordinators, collaborating closely to achieve our goals.

What will you do?
As an L&D Advisor, you'll design and deliver engaging, accessible learning experiences that enable our people to build the skills they need to thrive. You will be supported by a team of L&D Leads, Advisors, Designers and Coordinators, collaborating closely to achieve our goals.
- Creating high-quality content across eLearning, video, face-to-face and self-directed formats.
- Collaborating with teams and subject matter experts to develop learning that solves real problems and builds capability.
- Leveraging tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, and Canva to design learning that is scalable and learner friendly.
- Continuously refine learning through feedback and data insights.
- Leading L&D projects from initiation to completion, applying effective project management principles to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
- Ongoing support for professional development

- You design learning that's clear, engaging, and accessible - grounded in adult learning principles and user-centred design.
- Confident using tools like Articulate 360 and Vyond to create polished, professional digital learning content.
- Proficient in LMS 365 or other similar Learning Management Systems.
- Familiar with using the Microsoft 365 suite, including integration tools such as SharePoint and Power BI, or show an aptitude for learning new platforms.
- You collaborate well with others, turning complex information into simple, actionable learning.
- You're comfortable using data to improve what you create.
- You are an engaging facilitator and/or comfortable speaking in front of groups, presenting your ideas, and creating meaningful discussions.
- You're curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
- You value people and kindness, and consistently deliver to a high standard.
- You work well under pressure, show resilience, and thrive in a supportive, high-performing team
