Te tūranga | The role:

As a Personal Banking Consultant your role will be to exceed the expectations of your Customers, with a primary focus on supporting their financial wellbeing. You will be given the tools to educate customers on various banking solutions and options, resulting in convenient and innovative product and service recommendations.

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering financial satisfaction to their Customers, who thrives on building relationships, is digitally savvy and able think on their feet. You will be passionate about delivering unbeatable customer outcomes, be able to build credibility with your customer service team and be pro-active and confident in your ability to manage your day.
