We're on the lookout for an office superstar to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time, office-based role (40 hours per week, 8 AM - 5 PM) located in the heart of Nelson City. We need a proactive, friendly, and highly organised Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be working closely with our high-performing, tight-knit team to provide seamless administrative support across multiple functions.

- Providing general administrative support to the team.
- Managing documentation, formatting reports, and proofreading.
- Coordinating meetings, including preparation, minute-taking, and catering support.
- Covering front-of-house duties and assisting with office housekeeping.
- Supporting financial administration (e.g., credit card reconciliations, expense claims, and invoice processing).
- Collaborating with the wider support team on office events and tasks as needed.

- Proven experience in office administration.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
