• Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a fair and timely outcome.
• Take ownership of inbound and outbound customer calling and emails and work towards a positive resolution with our customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, policies, and customer experiences.
• Understand and manage operational and compliance risks, ensuring all reporting and documentation is accurate and up to date.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

• Previous experience in managing complaints and investigations is beneficial.
• Superior communication including ability to have difficult conversations, engage in conflict resolution and strong written communications.
• An understanding of credit, lending and deposit products, processes and systems is helpful.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements.
