Right now, we need an on-to-it Receptionist to join our team at Les Mills Hamilton in our unique Reception role. This is not just any Receptionist position - you'll play a crucial part in both welcoming our members and contributing to our growth and retention efforts
You will be part of our kick-ass reception team and may cover some Duty Manager shifts and responsibilities. You will be the face of Les Mills, the first and last point of contact for our members – creating a lasting impression that aligns with our brand's high standards
Key responsibilities include handling Reception duties while also engaging in enrolling new prospects and contributing to membership growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your basic sales skills in a supportive, dynamic environment
You will ideally:

- Have experience in holding the fort in a similar role to undertake Duty Manager responsibilities if required.
