What will you be doing?

You will partner with a range of grocery, petrol, convenience and pharmacy retailers, enabling them to make data driven decisions that grow their business.

Leading account management for your client portfolio, you will build and maintain trusted relationships and be accountable for identifying and executing commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead account management and act as the primary contact for a range of clients
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans which result in revenue generation for Circana
  • Drive upselling opportunities by leveraging data driven insights to address client challenges and deliver solutions that align with their business needs
  • Oversee the client contract, financials and renewal processes, negotiating terms when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience (2+ years) in sales or account management, ideally within the FMCG or retail industry
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • A creative and curious nature, with the ability to effectively problem solve
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
