As a Digital & Technology Senior Product Manager in this team, you will play a crucial role in Kiwibank’ s transformation journey by leading the implementation of our future core banking platforms.

In this strategic and influential role, you’ll lead product development across multiple squads, driving customer-centred solutions that align with Kiwibank’s mission and digital transformation goals.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Platforms and other key stakeholders to shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and deliver high-impact outcomes across multiple product domains. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking in Aotearoa.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in senior product management roles, ideally across multiple squads or domains
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align product vision with business goals
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of delivery methodologies, bringing the flow of work and systems thinking to the role
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience with product performance metrics, OKRs, and roadmap development
• Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset
  
  
  

Bonus (not essential but advantageous to have):

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector
• Familiarity with agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams
