Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Champion our brand in-store across the Retail Customer Channel
- Execute a regional call cycle to support merchandising, product positioning, and promotional initiatives
- Deliver expert product knowledge and training to retail staff
- Increase product awareness, sales, and category performance through impactful brand representation
- Secure prime in-store display space and negotiate promotional opportunities
- Plan and host engaging retail events that elevate customer experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business objectives
- Manage reporting, feedback, and performance insights with precision and attention to detail
- Proven experience in sales, product, or brand representation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re a natural relationship builder
- Confidence in negotiation and influencing outcomes
- Highly organised with strong project coordination skills
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach and drive for results
- Comfortable working independently while thriving as part of a wider team
- Strong attention to detail and discipline in follow-through
