Store Manager

We are a grocery store that sells Indian spices and all things related in terms of food from India

We are seeking a Store Manager for our busy Indian Store in Upper Hutt.

You are required to have atleast 3 years of relevant work experience or a minimum qualification at NZQF Diploma.

This is a permanent role and you are required to undertake the following responsibilities

• Determining what sells best and the mix of products , Finding how much of stock levels is required
• Determining service standards for the store
• formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies
• setting prices based on the purchase and sale activity and analysing the market
• promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services through facebook and Social media
• selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
• maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• undertaking budgeting for the establishment
• controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
• ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

You are gaurenteed a minimum of 32 hours of work each week
