We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales & Customer Support professional to assist our external sales team and ensure excellent service for our customers.
A technical background or engineering qualification is highly regarded. This role suits someone organised, customer-oriented, and interested in growing their career in the automation and technology sector, with potential to progress into technical or external sales roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Order Support: Order entry, preparing quotes, responding to customer inquiries, attending to walk in customers and processing credit requests.
- Customer Service: Engage with a wide range of customers — including wholesalers, OEMs, integrators, and end-users — to understand their needs, provide accurate lead times, and deliver a high level of service.
- Documentation & Coordination: Keep accurate records of sales activities, support cases, and customer interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Logistics, Accounts and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations and support.
- General Support: General Support: Provide day-to-day support to the Logistics Team Leader and assist with any other tasks as assigned.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, customer-first attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in customer service, internal sales, or admin roles preferred
- An Engineering or relevant trade qualification is highly regarded
- Fresh graduates from any engineering background are welcome as well.
