The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Cadastral Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality cadastral surveys across the Northland region. From boundary redefinitions and subdivisions to complex land development projects, you’ll be involved in all stages of the survey process, including planning, fieldwork, and documentation. You’ll work with modern equipment and software, and your role will include liaising with clients, councils, and internal project teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should be a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or actively working toward licensing. Ideally, you’ll bring at least three years of experience in cadastral or land development surveying. You’ll be confident using industry-standard equipment and software such as GNSS, robotic total stations, 12D, Civil 3D, and Landonline. A strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-focused approach will help you thrive. A full New Zealand driver’s license is also required.
