About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team, working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist – Research, to work closely with the ICU Anaesthetics/Research team at HNZ Te Whatu Ora (Lakes), leading the delivery of studies that will affect the future of the care provided to patients within Health New Zealand.
Additionally, you will work closely with the Principal Investigator/s to ensure compliance with Clinical Research Practice Standards and Trial specific processes.
The position reports to the Clinical Nurse Director of Surgical and Medicine services.

About You
The successful applicant will need:
- Registered with Nursing Council New Zealand
- Current Annual Practising Certificate
- To be an experienced Critical Care Nurse
- Research experience is desirable but not essential.
- There is an expectation that you will have completed appropriate post grad study and/or working towards Masters.
