What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, placing (and doing it well)
• Building candidate pipelines that don’t ghost
• Talking to business owners, tradies, and everyone in between
• Helping us refine our systems, improve our processes, and scale this thing properly
• Representing a company that gives a damn — about people, service, and results

What You’ll Need:

• Recruitment experience (agency or internal — if you can hustle, we’ll teach you the rest)
• Real communication skills — no corporate-speak, just real talk
• Resilience. Grit. Initiative. If you need hand-holding, this ain’t for you
• A hunger to grow, improve, and make a name for yourself
• Bonus points if you’ve recruited in trades, construction, or industrial sectors
