Locally owned, we reflect the communities we serve, and we celebrate our people - our taonga, every day for being uniquely them Our Merchandise team works with supplier partners and store teams on category ranging, buying, pricing and promotions so we can get the right products on the right shelves at the right time for our customers Te Tūranga – About the role As the Senior Price Integrity Analyst, you will provide essential support to the Price Integrity Manager in the resolution of price integrity issues, manage associated risks and controls, and help maintain an error-free pricing system that protects customers by providing accurate pricing To achieve this, some of your responsibilities will be to:
  • Owning, managing and maintaining all price integrity documents, ensuring they are kept up to date and compliant
  • Participating in the development of a price integrity roadmap, frameworks, policies and any related standards/guidance.
  • Independently collaborate and establish credibility with key business functions to ensure that price integrity issues and gaps are addressed and resolved effectively.
  • Manage the key processes and controls related to the price integrity strategy, defining and delivering control reporting, identifying compliance weaknesses and helping to uplift the price integrity system.
  • Owning and providing insightful analysis of data, processes and systems, along with any reporting, to support price integrity management.
  • Assisting in delivering price integrity training, reviewing policies, monitoring price system performance, and handling various other responsibilities.
  • Continuously improve the price integrity processes and system by working closely with IT and Data & Analytics (D&A) to systemically reduce price integrity gaps.

He kōrero mōu - About you With a proven track record as a data analytics expert, you’ll be an experienced commercial, pricing or financial analyst, ideally with compliance experience. You’ll ideally have FMCG experience, but most critical is your ability to swiftly acquire new skills and knowledge You’ll also:
  • Have strong skills in modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements and can identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
  • Have the ability to deliver accurate and meaningful reports and insights. Experience with SAP, Power BI, SQL, VBA, and Macros is a bonus.
  • Be naturally collaborative, working well with people from all backgrounds, and be a great team player.
  • Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, with a great ability to clearly articulate ideas/concepts.
  • Be an active doer, have a keen eye for detail, able to deliver quality work while effectively managing priorities.
  • Be curious, and keen to learn more, and constantly looking at what’s possible, seeking to automate tasks and processes wherever possible.
