Payrate: $32 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:
At least 2 years or more of relevant experience.
or
At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage cleaning staff across multiple sites, ensuring high performance and service quality.

Develop rosters and assign duties based on client requirements and staff availability.

Train staff in cleaning methods, health and safety compliance, and equipment use.

Conduct quality checks and resolve issues raised by clients.

Maintain cleaning supply inventory and arrange stock orders.

Ensure all staff follow workplace health and safety protocols.

Liaise with clients to manage expectations and maintain service standards.

Prepare reports on site performance, staff efficiency, and operational challenges.

Support recruitment, induction, and performance management processes.
