This is a pivotal, future-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaborating across departments, simplifying complexities, and harnessing technology to make work more connected, efficient, and human. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Partner across teams to understand business needs and shape smart, scalable system solutions.
- Lead major upgrades and system implementations (POS, ERP, HRIS, CRM and more).
- Oversee new digital and AI-powered tools that enhance how we work and connect.
- Drive continuous improvements, automation, and better data visibility.
- Provide tech support guidance and oversee IT services across retail and head office.
- Ensure our systems are secure, compliant, and ready for the future.
- 10+ years in systems analysis, business systems, or IT management.
- Experience in retail or ecommerce environments ideally (POS, inventory, ERP, HRIS, CRM).
- A love of mapping out messy processes and making them simple and intuitive.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident with data, reporting tools (e.g., SQL), and understanding system architecture.
- A curious, collaborative mindset and always looking for a better way.
- A people-first approach to tech, with an eye for improvements that genuinely make a difference.
