About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and friendly Office Coordinator to manage customer complaints/enquiries and support our Auckland Capital Projects teams. Based at our East Tamaki (Arwen) depot, you'll be the go-to person for online customer enquiries and complaints coordination, facility maintenance support, front reception duties, and general administration support.

We're looking for a proactive and friendly Office Coordinator to manage customer complaints/enquiries and support our Auckland Capital Projects teams. Based at our East Tamaki (Arwen) depot, you'll be the go-to person for online customer enquiries and complaints coordination, facility maintenance support, front reception duties, and general administration support.
- Managing the online Inbox for customer enquiries and complaints through to satisfactory resolution
- General reception duties including courier, mail and visitor management
- Coordinating office supplies, kitchen needs, and courier services
- Supporting project delivery teams with purchasing, vendor liaison, invoicing and administration
- Liaising with our facilities manager, cleaners, and general maintenance providers to keep the depot running smoothly, including fire warden duties
- Maintaining a safe, tidy, and welcoming office environment for our staff
- 3+ years’ related experience as a receptionist, admin or office coordinator role
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset for customer interaction
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly
