Cost Manager (Hamilton)
Build your Cost Management and Quantity Surveying consulting career as part of the Project Strategy and Delivery team based in the Beca Hamilton office. You will be working on a diverse range of client projects in the city and surrounding regions, with the opportunity to significantly develop your cost advisory / quantity surveying career such as your technical, project delivery and consulting skill abilities. The Waikato Region office based in Hamilton works closely with our Tauranga Bay of Plenty team, and other Beca offices enabling you to be part, and learn from, a broad team.
The city of Hamilton and surrounding Waikato regional towns are experiencing significant growth, redevelopment and infrastructure re-build, making this a unique opportunity to make a difference across the region. You will be part of a growing, diverse team of cost managers and project managers. You will be delivering cost consulting services across some of the largest growth projects in Hamilton, Tauranga and beyond, for transport and infrastructure, defence, water, education and community development projects.

This position may suit candidates from a broad range of backgrounds. While the role covers a variety of sectors, a background in civil infrastructure or transport, as well as experience across the region would be an advantage. You will have demonstrated experience across the cost management function, and the ability to work with others to solve complex client problems.
Ultimately this is a key role to strengthen our Waikato Cost Advisory and Project Strategy & Delivery business. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded professional with a collaborative approach, who is credible. You will be part of a close-knit team who like to have fun along the way, so a good sense of humour will hold you in good stead.
