This exciting role is a key player in our small but mighty Organisational Capability team. Your focus will be on the creation and execution of standout people initiatives that help make Genesis a great place to work. This includes owning our fabulous internal celebration of excellence (The Impact Awards), as well ensuring our people's voices are heard and valued by leading out our employee listening and engagement programme (Hearing from Genesis). And that's just the beginning, this is a role where there are lots of opportunities to shine and make a significant impact.

About The Role

In this role you will;
- Design, deliver, and coordinate initiatives across our business with a focus on engagement, DE&I, leadership development, onboarding, recognition, and L&D.
- Plan and execute internal events and other people & culture projects, including culture initiatives and leadership programmes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Work with a range of stakeholders within Genesis including our executive team, senior leaders, as well as exceptional external delivery partners.

Our ideal candidate will also have;
- Previous experience working in organisational capability or development.
- Experience delivering organisational wide projects, events or initiatives at scale that exceed your customers' expectations.
- Experience in administration, HR, event/project management, communications or marketing would be valuable.
- Excellent organisational skills with proven ability in managing priorities and effectively working to deadlines.
- Great stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bring diverse groups together towards a common goal or outcome.
- Adaptability and resilience with the ability to work with ambiguity and change.
