Senior Legal Counsel – FTC

A fantastic opportunity to join a public sector organisation on a large infrastructure project nearing completion.

Our client, a public sector organisation is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the General Counsel on the last stage of a project. The role would support all project functions and corporate divisions with legal advice until the end of the project which will be at least 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts such as consultancy agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements;
• Working on construction, property, resource management
• Work constructively with external counsel
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  
  

To be Successful in the role you will have

• At 3-8 years PQE in either a commercial, corporate or property role however all candidates will be considered on merit;
• Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in the drafting of legal documents;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
