Role: Assistant Clinic Manager

As a dedicated and motivated Assistant Clinic Manager, your role will involve:

• Coaching for Success: Guide and inspire our team to excel in sales and deliver the Laser Clinics Experience.
• Cultivating Culture: Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the clinic for a supportive environment.
• Expertise in Beauty Treatments: Showcase your proficiency in skin, LED, laser, and Skinstitut treatments.
• Product Knowledge: Enhance your team’s skills in specialist product knowledge.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive a memorable experience.
• Operational Support: Assist with operations such as rostering, banking, and end-of-day procedures to keep the clinic running smoothly.
  
  

We’d Feel ELECTRIC If You Have:

• Management experience or potential: We would love to hear from candidates with proven management experience or those with the drive and capability to step into a leadership role, such as experienced therapists ready for career progression.
• Formal qualification in Beauty (Level 4).
• Demonstrates expertise as a therapist with a strong passion for the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service and sales skills focused on achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
  
  

Role: Beauty Therapist

As a Beauty Therapist, You Will Play a Key Role In Helping Our Clients Achieve Their Vision Of Confidence INSIDE & OUT By:

• Creating wow-worthy transformations: Provide results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Kleresca.
• Client-Centric Approach: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions that leave them feeling DREAMY and confident.
• Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work alongside passionate professionals who share your love for all things skin and beauty.
• Uphold Our Values: Be committed to safety, excellence, and providing outstanding customer service.
  
  

We’d Feel ELECTRIC If You Have:

• Formal qualification in Beauty: i.e. level 4
• Exceptional Technical Skills: Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
• Commitment to Professionalism: Be punctual, organised, and maintain an impeccable appearance while ensuring discretion in your work.
• Passion for the Beauty Industry: Bring a genuine enthusiasm for skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing.
• Customer Service and Sales Focus: A track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets.
