Beca’s Corporate Services Team provides a range of front-line, coordination, administration and facilities management services to ensure our business functions seamlessly and effectively. As ‘first impression ambassadors,’ this team helps make everyday better for our employees and our visitors, smoothing the path and providing the environment for our people to thrive - they literally keep the lights on!
Responsibilities
Representing our values of Partnership, Tenacity, Enjoyment and Care, our Corporate Administrator plays a key role in the coordination of activities and processes which support the objectives of our people. They are the ‘go to’ person for a range of corporate queries and a connector for many. With a team approach, responsibilities will include:
You’ll enjoy providing great customer service, proactively anticipating and responding to requests – seeing what needs doing and making it happen. Your broad administrative skills will include Microsoft Office skills at intermediate level, and you’ll be comfortable learning and exploring new technology and systems.
Your positive, cheerful ‘can-do’ attitude means you are flexible to support different tasks and your passion for helping people will help you make things happen. Changing priorities will be taken in your stride. A team player, you’ll be eager to learn and apply the tools we use to maximise the success of our processes and events.

Responsibilities
Representing our values of Partnership, Tenacity, Enjoyment and Care, our Corporate Administrator plays a key role in the coordination of activities and processes which support the objectives of our people. - Leading front of house activities for internal and external clients
- Overseeing regional vehicle fleet, including compliance requirements
- Coordinating training activities for the region
- Support building contractor management activities
- Supporting and coordinating corporate events
- Contributing to the objectives and functions of colleagues in the team, providing support as required
