We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FSQ Technician to join our team at our Dunedin facility. As an FSQ Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the FSQ department and ensuring that all products released from our site meet customer and company specifications. You will be responsible for conducting product testing, managing non-conforming goods, investigating customer complaints, and providing quality training to operations staff.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Conduct analytical tests and maintain laboratory equipment
- Review and release finished goods, ensuring all checks are completed
- Review and release raw materials, ensuring ingredients meet specifications
- Coordinate mock recalls and traceability exercises
- Support internal and external auditing requirements
- Develop and coordinate quality trainings for operations staff
- Participate in project work as necessary
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Science or Technology
- Background in food factory or laboratory experience preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Decision-making ability
- Experience with quality risk assessment
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of personal integrity and sense of right and wrong
