Looking for a Duty Manager to effectively manage store inventory and employee rosters, keep track of financial transactions and store stock levels. As well as provide exceptional customer service to clients.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Control day-to-day operations by scheduling the labour, ordering food and supplying and developing team members.
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining the integrity of the product.
  • Assist the Store Manager in serving high-quality products to customers and ensuring good food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
  • Maintain Pizza Hut's product and service quality as per the set standards, including product delivery standards.
  • Ensure national and local health and safety codes and company safety and security policies are met.
  • Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, interviewing and hiring of team members, and motivate and train team members as required.
  • Negotiate competitive deals with customers for large orders with approval from a manager.
  • Ensure a safe working and customer-friendly environment.
  • Attend and assist in conducting regular staff meetings

Qualifications and work experience required

  • Relevant qualification such as Hospitality management or equivalent, preferred
  • Food Safety Certificate and First Aid certification, preferred.
  • Previous hospitality and customer service experience essential.
  • Min 1 – 3 years of Experience in retail or hospitality with managerial position.
