The Opportunity

  • We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front of House Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure the efficient execution of various front office functions, maintaining high standards of client service. You will work closely with our team, supporting client engagement and operational excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, welcoming reception service, engaging with visitors, and ensuring visitor health and safety requirements are met.
  • Manage local and national KPMG telephone lines, delivering prompt and efficient responses to callers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff and Partners, coordinating catering, travel, deliveries, and security access.
  • Ensure timely setup of rooms, including organising table, chair, and wall configurations.
  • Maintain room bookings, resolve conflicts, and coordinate closely with other Office Operations staff.
  • Perform back-of-house duties, including kitchen tidiness, restocking supplies, and managing dishwashers.
  • Support the wider Office Operations team with additional duties and cover roles during staff absences.
  • Ensure all rooms and facilities are maintained in a professional and presentable condition.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in an administrative or hospitality role is advantageous.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service and operational support.
  • Professional experience in administrative roles, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and staff.
