Bar Manager / Mixologist

As the Bar Manager / Mixologist, you'll be the creative force behind the hotel's beverage service and a key personality in the guest experience.As the Bar Manager / Mixologist, you’ll be the creative force behind the hotel’s beverage service and a key personality in the guest experience. You'll craft a bespoke drinks menu, design cocktails to complement the chef’s creations, and manage all aspects of bar operations — including the in-room minibar program.

Your Role:

• Curate an exciting beverage list including signature cocktails, NZ wines, and craft spirits
• Oversee the bar team and lead with flair during service
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to align drink and food offerings
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control — including in-room minibars
• Be a warm and engaging host, bringing personality and polish to every guest interaction

About You:

• Experience in bar leadership and cocktail development
• Passion for mixology and a deep understanding of beverage trends
• Exceptional service and communication skills
• Strong organisational and stock management abilities
