We are looking for a Senior Procurement Business Analyst to join our dynamic Supply Chain team and play a crucial role in driving smarter, faster, and more strategic procurement decisions.
About The Role
Reporting to the Operational Procurement Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the entire Procurement function. Your focus will be on delivering actionable spend insights and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
You’ll develop advanced analytical reports, dashboards, and templates to enhance RFP turnaround times, benchmark material costs, and unlock new levels of procurement efficiency. Through robust financial modelling and analysis, your work will directly influence cost savings, supplier performance, and Vitaco’s overall procurement strategy.This is more than a numbers role — it’s a chance to create real impact and be a key contributor to our business success.

Key Responsibilities
- Building sophisticated financial models and analytics to forecast procurement costs and identify opportunities.
- Creating dashboards and reporting tools that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Supporting procurement projects, RFPs, and supplier negotiations with high-quality analytical input.
- Driving improvements in procurement processes through data-led recommendations.
- Contributing directly to cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance enhancements.
- Supporting initiatives in risk management, including Modern Slavery and Carbon reporting.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Science, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of commercial analytical experience within supply chain or financial analysis.
- 5+ years of procurement or comparable supply chain experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including building analytical models and dashboards.
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP, Oracle).
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of procurement processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within the FMCG manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency with Power BI and advanced data visualization.
- Relevant certifications such as CIPS, APICS, or Six Sigma.
