Senior Property Consultant | Napier
A fantastic opportunity exists in our Napier office for a highly capable Senior Property Consultant to oversee property consulting services with a focus on Public Land accredited supplier activities.
As a senior member of the property team, you will take responsibility for ensuring all work undertaken complies with LINZ standards for the acquisition and disposal of Crown and Public Works Act land. You’ll act as Project Manager on a variety of property projects, confidently taking responsibility for technical content, results, profits and project timelines.
Your business development skills will play a key role in managing project proposals and preparing expressions of interest.

Senior Property Consultant | Napier

About you:
- Relevant qualification in a property related field
- Preferably minimum 10+ years’ professional experience in a property/project management or property law related field
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, codes, standards and practices including the Public Works Act 1981, Land Act 1948 and Treaty Settlements Acts
- Current clean drivers licence
