About the role and you
Leading the local diverse network and overseas sales performance of your store, whilst keeping our customer experience as top priority is core to the role. As an ambassador for the Life brand you will drive the success of your store, delivering great customer experiences through your ability to blend retail, pharmacy business, operational and most importantly, people leadership skills and experience. You must be across all diverse channels locally, overseas networks, and all social media platforms to drive sales and performance.
The key responsibility of this role is to role focus on driving revenue growth by expanding into new markets locally and external, expanding product and service offer, or customer segments. The Sales Expansion Manager is involved with strategic planning discussions with Group Pharmacy manager and Regional Manager, team leadership, and sales process optimization.
This is a Permanent Full Time position, rostered 40 hours across 5 days from Monday to Sunday.
Do you have what we are looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive responsibility in retail store operations, with successful and progressive store responsibility.
- Proven ability to grow sales in diverse markets
- Must be able to work in a fast paced store or mall environment
- Outstanding leadership skills. Inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to lead a team, train talent and effect change.
- Previous Retail Management experience with successful track record
- Experienced in spreadsheets and metrics
- Has impact, creates positive impressions, engaging customers, demonstrating competence, confidence and interest
- Ability to speak Mandarin is desirable.
