Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations, including inwards/outwards goods, stock control, and dispatch.
- Adhere to warehouse systems and processes to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
- Handle raw materials, including hazardous goods, and manage finished goods (kegged and packaged).
- Complete daily picking and packing schedules and customer deliveries as per the weekly schedule.
- Represent the Good George brand in the marketplace and relay customer feedback.
- Maintain fleet vehicles, ensuring all legal and mechanical checks are up to date.
- Assist with additional delivery and warehouse tasks as needed.
- Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse and/or delivery driver role.
- Current Class 2 full driver's license.
- Current Forklift license (F endorsement preferred).
- Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers during deliveries.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.
