Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity

As the RFS Co-Ordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing Request for Services (RFS) by ensuring they're accurately captured, tracked, closed, and reported in RAMM. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing exceptional service while handling general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, dispatch, and close RFS entries in RAMM daily
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and filing systems
  • Answer and manage customer and stakeholder enquiries efficiently
  • Assist with month-end administration and reporting
  • Prepare for and participate in monthly RFS meetings
  • Support your team by sharing ideas and assisting other crews as required
  • Uphold Zero Harm and safety policies at all times

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills

  • Proven experience with RAMM software (essential)
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience dealing with customers and stakeholders professionally
  • Holds a valid driver’s licence
  • Knowledge of MAGIQ is a bonus (training provided)
  • Local to the Kaipara District is preferred
