Our government client is looking for a new team member to join on a temporary basis!

In this role you will be super busy, with no two days the same, managing anything from external support to internal spreadsheets. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Pwider, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property projects and contracts.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, site visits, and reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to support project delivery.
  • Support the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and financial documentation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data entry and document management systems with excellent experience in Excel
  • A collaborative and can-do attitude.
