Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for financial operations? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team.


About the Role

As the Accounts Receivable Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our finance team, ensuring that billing, credit control, and accounts receivable processes run smoothly. Your ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency will contribute to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate invoices efficiently and accurately, following company policies and agreed charges.
  • Oversee the collection of outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments from clients.
  • Handle client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prioritise key tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and support financial reporting as needed.


About You

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive and meticulous approach to managing accounts receivable. While previous experience in billing and credit control is desirable, we highly value problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or credit control.
  • Familiarity with Xero or Business Central accounting systems is beneficial.
  • Strong numeracy and IT skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well within a team.
