Construction Worker

We are looking for 1 permanent full-time Construction Worker to grow with our team. Excellent opportunity to join a successful Auckland-based construction company. Our work locations are across the Auckland Region.

Construction Worker will be assisting tradesmen, preparing the site, and handling materials. You should be a great team player, have a safety mindset, be physically fit, punctual, and hardworking.

No prior work experience is required but could be an advantage. Priority will be given to local NZ residents/citizens.

Duties include:

• Cleaning the construction sites for the erection of structures and buildings
• Assisting in setting up the job sites and preparing the layouts
• Operating and caring for the construction tools, equipment, and machines
• Helping painters, plasterers, and other skilled tradesmen with their work whenever necessary
• Loading, unloading, or moving construction materials, tools, and equipment & heavy lifting around the building site
• Helping erect and dismantle scaffolding and other site facilities
• Following instructions from supervisors
• Using equipment, machinery & tools in a responsible & safe manner
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining work tools and machines daily after work is done
