- Understand and maintain a wide view of Fulton Hogan’s IS/IT systems and infrastructure.
- Review and analyse improvements to existing IS/IT Infrastructure, processes and procedures.
- Evaluate, design and implement IS/IT infrastructure solutions.
- Support delivery of Fulton Hogan continuous improvement program.
- Conduct onsite visits (Scheduled/Unscheduled) to provide direct support where required.
- Ensure that all set SLA times for incident and problem resolution are met along with maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels: Onsite and/or Remote.
- Resolve key incidents and service outages to ensure efficient and effective service restoration.
